Job description
The University Athletic Association is seeking a Director to lead NIL creative strategy and to drive athlete branding initiatives on campus in Gainesville. You will act as a strategic partner across the athletic department while contributing as a creative lead on innovative projects.
The role requires expertise in NIL, sponsorship strategy, and the creator economy, plus a track record of mentoring athletes and staff and delivering high-impact presentations.
