Job description
Lutheran Life Villages is seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing department and ensure the highest standard of care for residents. The DON will organize staffing, oversee resident assessments, and collaborate with QA to uphold regulatory compliance.
Qualified candidates hold an active Indiana RN license, experience in geriatric nursing management, and a BSN preferred. This is a full-time leadership role within a faith-based nonprofit community in Indiana.
