Job description
Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) at our Health Campuses in Lafayette, Indiana. The DON oversees residents’ health concerns and manages the Nursing Services Department under the guidance of the Executive Director/Administrator and Medical Director.
The role requires supervision of clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and a strong focus on quality care. Indiana licensure as an RN and CPR certification are required.
