Job description
Vantage at Lowell is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations, coordinate resident care, and uphold quality outcomes in a skilled nursing environment.
The DON provides hands-on leadership, policy oversight, and staff supervision, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective cost controls while fostering a patient-centered care culture. Active MA RN license and a minimum of 5 years in long-term care with 3+ years of supervisory experience are required.
