Job description
Amedisys Home Health in Opelika, Alabama is seeking a Director of Operations with RN home health leadership experience. This full-time role focuses on the overall organization and financial management of the care center, supervision of clinical managers, and growth initiatives.
You will hire/advise on staffing, ensure quality care, and drive staff development and performance improvement in a patient-centered home health setting. Monday–Friday schedule; competitive pay and benefits.
