The Opportunity
Hand Over Hand is growing, and we're looking for a Director of Growth & Outreach to help us build our presence throughout New Jersey. This is not a traditional marketing job. We are looking for someone who knows how to build relationships, create opportunities, develop partnerships, strengthen a brand, and turn connections into growth.
You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, schools, therapists, community organizations, referral sources, and strategic partners while developing marketing and outreach strategies that help more families discover Hand Over Hand.

What You'll Do
You will have the opportunity to help define what success looks like and build the systems needed to measure it.
Build Relationships & Referral Partnerships
Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan throughout New Jersey.
Build relationships with physicians, pediatricians, schools, therapists, social workers, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
Develop and maintain referral partnerships and strategic relationships.
Identify new opportunities to connect Hand Over Hand with families and communities.
Represent HOH at networking events, conferences, schools, community events, and professional organizations.
Maintain consistent follow-up and engagement with referral partners.
Drive Growth
Identify new markets, communities, partnerships, and opportunities for growth.
Develop strategies to increase qualified referrals and client starts.
Research market trends and identify opportunities for HOH to expand its presence.
Develop market-specific outreach strategies.
Track outreach activity, referrals, partnerships, and results.
Work closely with leadership, Clinical, Operations, Staffing, and Talent Acquisition to align growth with our ability to serve new families.
Lead Marketing & Brand Development
Help shape and execute the Hand Over Hand marketing strategy.
Strengthen our brand and increase awareness throughout the communities we serve.
Oversee marketing campaigns, social media, digital presence, promotional materials, and community communications.
Develop materials that help families, referral partners, and professionals understand who we are and what we offer.
Coordinate with outside marketing partners, vendors, or agencies when appropriate.
Evaluate what's working and adjust strategies based on results.
What We Are Looking For

Build genuine, lasting relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, schools, community organizations, and strategic partners
Develop and execute creative marketing and outreach strategies
Turn relationships and marketing opportunities into measurable growth
Represent Hand Over Hand confidently in the community and across professional networks
Think strategically while also being willing to roll up their sleeves and make things happen
Identify new opportunities, develop partnerships, strengthen our presence, and help expand our reach
Balance relationship building, marketing, business development, and measurable results
Qualifications
Must live in New Jersey
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, outreach, community relations, healthcare growth (preferably ABA), or a related field.
Demonstrated success building professional relationships and partnerships.
Healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, pediatric, education, or related experience strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel throughout New Jersey for meetings, events, and outreach activities.
