Job description
Paligen Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Director of Quality to lead the organization’s QMS in compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, NADCAP and defense standards. You will drive quality strategies across design, development, manufacturing, testing, and post-delivery support, reporting to the General Manager.
You will oversee audits, CAPA, metallurgy oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and a high-performing quality team to ensure product reliability and regulatory compliance.
