Job description
Aspire Talent Solutions is partnering with a high-performing independent physician association in the New York metro area to hire a Director of Quality & Provider Engagement. This hybrid, full-time role leads quality and provider engagement across a large value-based network and reports to the Chief Medical Officer.
You will own overall quality performance, turn data into measurable improvements, and build operational rigor in a fast-growing organization with executive exposure.
