Job description
HealthMark Rehabilitation is an inhouse therapy company, serving the Skilled Nursing Facility patients and residents of HMG facilities.
We're currently seeking a Director of Rehab with cred-PTA or COTA to evaluate and treat residents and short-term patients at our Park Manor of Tomballfacility in Tomball, TX.

Our Ideal candidate would possess a proven track record related to therapy team management, interdisciplinary engagement, case management, therapy program development as well as be a self-driven, highly motivated and energetic individual. Detailed Oriented is a Must!
Must have extensive experience with Skilled Nursing Facilities .
Qualifications include:
• PTA or COTA degree from an accredited Therapy program.
• Current Texas PTA/COTA license in good standing.
• Meet physical requirements to deliver therapy responsibilities.
• Experience in a geriatric rehabilitation setting is required.
• Successful completion of hiring process / background check.
