Job description
Jobot is seeking a strategic Director of Safety in the Phoenix area to lead and shape the company’s safety program across field and operations. The role focuses on strengthening execution, accountability, and a world-class safety culture without building a new program from scratch.
You will partner with operations and executives, oversee OSHA compliance and audits, and drive training and engagement to elevate safety performance across regions.
