Job description
Vinfen is seeking a Director of Safety and Security to provide enterprise-wide leadership for safety, security and emergency management across residential, clinical, administrative and community sites in the Cambridge area. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, person-centered approaches while reducing risk and ensuring duty of care.
The DSS will design and continuously improve a comprehensive program, manage third-party security contracts, and report to the Vice President of Real Estate.
