Job description
Alpha School is seeking a seasoned leader to own the parent side of the school in one metro and drive enrollment, advocacy, and community partnerships. You will spend roughly half your time on outward-facing activities with sophisticated families and the rest handling escalations to preserve the model.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years in elite K-12 settings or related wealth management roles, with a proven track record of enrollment outcomes and executive-level communication.
