Advocate Health is seeking an experienced Operations Leader for the Regional Non Enterprise Corporate - Athletic Trainers to drive service line integration across care locations in Charlotte, NC. You will oversee frontline managers, align workflows and budgets, and partner with clinicians to remove barriers and improve patient outcomes.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field and typically 7 years of operational leadership. A hybrid role with travel is expected.
