Job description
The UFL is seeking a Director of Team Ticket Sales & Service in Columbus, OH. This role leads a local ticket sales and service team, drives revenue growth, and collaborates across marketing and operations to maximize fan engagement and ticket sales success.
You will manage performance targets for Season, Group and Premium packages, recruit and train staff, and execute CRM and sales strategies with cross-functional partners. Hybrid work with game-day presence required.
