Job description
ALDI USA is seeking motivated candidates for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program in Florida. The 44-week training program prepares you to oversee multiple ALDI stores and work closely with store managers to deliver exceptional service, drive sales, and build a positive team culture.
The District covers Boca Raton, FL & Ft. Lauderdale, FL with opportunities for rapid advancement as you complete the program and assume district responsibilities.
