ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals to join its District Manager Trainee program in the Haines City area, serving Orlando, Sarasota, and Tampa, FL. The 44-week intensive training prepares you to oversee multiple ALDI stores and lead store managers to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus. Yearly salary increases to $110,000, $120,000, and $130,000, with opportunities for career advancement and comprehensive benefits
