Division Manager | Mechanical & Process Piping | Charlotte, NC
I'm supporting a confidential search for a well established Southeastern mechanical and piping contractor who are seeking a leader for their Charlotte Division. With a significant backlog of projects in the industrial, life science and pharmaceutical sectors, this person will have an outstanding foundation for growth within the region.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for:
Division P&L, revenue, margin and backlog
Business development and key customer relationships
Oversight of major mechanical/process piping projects
Project execution, forecasting and financial performance
Leadership and development of PM and Operations teams
Workforce planning and future growth
We're looking for:
15+ years of industrial mechanical/process piping experience
Experience leading $10M+ projects
Previous P&L / profit-center responsibility
Strong commercial and operational leadership skills
Proven ability to build teams and grow a business
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Some travel expectations within the region)
