Document SpecialistCandidates who receive an offer will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.Job Location: Parma, OH (Onsite with Free parking) Job Duration: 12 Months Shift - Mon-Fri/ 7AM-3PM ( Overtime: Possible depending on workload) Interview Type: In-person group interviews (Wednesday/Thursday mornings at 9 AM)Job ResponsibilitiesSeparate and open mailPrep documents for scanning (including glass copies)Perform other duties as assignedLift items weighing 10–50 lbsAlternate between standing, sitting, bending, twisting, and liftingFollow strict cell phone policy: phones must be silent and kept in lockers, never on the floorWork EnvironmentProduction facility with moderate to high noise levelsCandidate RequirementsAbility to read and understand instructions in EnglishBasic computer knowledge (for training and scanning tasks)High school diploma or equivalentBasic PC and typing skillsAbility to work in a team environment and maintain positive relationshipsFlexibility to adapt to changing situationsCapability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and output standardsWillingness to work multiple shifts (nights, weekends, overtime, holidays) depending on workloadAbility to stand for at least 8 hours per dayPhysical ability to lift and move supplies up to 50 lbs (floor to waist height, carry 10 feet, lower back to floor)Experience in printing/scanning industry is a plusMetasys Technologies/NVISH is an equal opportunity employer.
