Donor Development Specialist | Brooklyn, NYA growing non-profit is looking for a Donor Development Specialist to build and deepen relationships with its donor base. This is a people role, focused on outreach, conversation, and moving donors up the giving ladder over time. If you've got a background in sales or client relations and you're drawn to mission-driven work, this one's worth a look.Key ResponsibilitiesDonor EngagementBuild and maintain relationships with current and prospective donors through calls, emails, and meetingsIdentify opportunities to strengthen donor relationships and increase giving levels over timeSupport donor appreciation efforts and ongoing engagement initiativesFundraising SupportAssist with fundraising campaigns and help coordinate donor events and recognition effortsConduct donor research and identify new fundraising opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to align outreach messagingData & ReportingTrack donor interactions and activity within CRM systemsMaintain accurate records and assist with reporting and donor data managementQualificationsStrong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsBackground in sales, business development, fundraising, or client relationsSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesExperience with CRM or donor database systems preferredGenuine interest in working within a mission-driven environmentInterested?
