HDR is seeking a Drinking Water Market Sector Business Development Director to lead strategy and growth across HDR geographies. The role requires coordinating with Market Sector leadership, Regional teams, and client managers to drive top-line growth and implement sector initiatives.
Strong pursuit leadership and relationship-building are essential. Ideal candidate has 15+ years in drinking water planning/engineering, PE registration, and a proven track record of winning high-value contracts.
