Job description
Hampton Inn & Homewood Suites Lancaster in Lancaster, CA is seeking a Dual Director of Sales to drive corporate and group business for two properties. You will lead prospecting, client meetings, and contract negotiations to achieve occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR targets.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years hotel sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel locally. You will collaborate with corporate sales teams, GM, and brand representatives to saturate the market.
