Dunkin Donuts Night BakerSalary Range $10.00 HourlyResponsibilities Include:Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systemsFollow food safety standardsPrepare all baked goods to Brand standards.Assemble and package ordersUnderstand the restaurant menu, including limited time offers.Maintain a clean and organized workstationClean equipment such as ovens, filling machines, glazer and bake areaCommunicate effectively with managers and coworkersOrganize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areasQualificationsKey CompetenciesWorks well with others in a fast-paced team environmentOn time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitudeWillingness to learn and adapt to changeGuest focusedPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:Standing on feetRepetitive motion, including bending, stooping, and reachingLifting objects, including boxes, and product up to 20lbs (if applicable)Working in a small space
