Job description
Fairmont-Crossing-Health-and-Rehabilitation-Center is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. You will provide direct patient care, perform assessments, and collaborate with clinicians to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
Candidates should hold an accredited PT degree and a current PT license for the state, with CPR certification. PCC EMR experience is a plus, but not required. We foster an inclusive workplace and strong professional development.
