Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our team in SNF settings. You will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care and collaborate with facility staff to ensure high-quality care.
You will supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, re-evaluate progress, and document outcomes to support patient recovery and goal attainment. Timely documentation and patient education are essential parts of the role.
