Indiana University Health is seeking a Social Worker MSW/LCSW to lead the Employee Assistance Program team in Indianapolis. The role combines clinical duties with program leadership, supervising service delivery across client contracts and ensuring fidelity to standard work.
A partial clinical caseload supports psychosocial assessment and crisis intervention. The position requires an MSW and Indiana licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC), 3+ years in EAP plus CEAP certification within 6 months.
