Job description
DFA Farm Supplies seeks a dynamic sales leader to manage and grow a regional team across the Midwest. You will develop relationships with farmer owners, implement targeted marketing and sales programs, and drive profitability while delivering member value.
The ideal candidate will have extensive on-farm sales experience, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to coach a diverse team. This on-site role requires travel and close collaboration with DFA colleagues.
