E-Commerce Manager – Your Job Duties

This is your opportunity to make big impact with your e-commerce expertise.

Build an e-commerce department for a growing children's product company whose products do more than entertain. What started as a simple invention has grown into a beloved children's brand reaching families around the world, creating products that bring joy, encourage sensory exploration and help children with autism and sensory sensitivities experience everyday moments in new and meaningful ways.

This is your opportunity to grow something that matters. Not just another consumer product or commodity, but products that can genuinely improve a child's experience of the world.

As the E-Commerce Manager, you will own the strategy, performance, and growth of the company's e-commerce sales channels, including Amazon and Shopify. You will work directly with leadership, external agencies, and the internal creative team to identify opportunities, improve conversion rates, and expand customer reach.

You will:

Oversee Amazon Seller Central – bring your strategic thinking to work with the external agency regarding FBA inventory, product listings, advertising, account health

Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to grow online sales and revenue.

Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and e-commerce data to identify growth opportunities.

Manage and optimize the Shopify 2.0 website, including merchandising and customer experience.

Improve website conversion rates through A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Oversee paid advertising across Amazon, Google, and Meta, including agency performance.

Collaborate with the creative team to improve advertising campaigns, ROAS, and customer acquisition costs.

Manage Klaviyo email marketing, loyalty programs, and customer retention strategies.

Implement Shopify integrations, apps, and automations to improve e-commerce operations.

Bring new ideas for growth ie: exploring additional e-commerce channels and social media strategy (ex: TikTok Shop, others).

Plan inventory, advertising, and sales strategies around seasonal demand and holiday peaks.

Track revenue, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and channel profitability.

Build the e-commerce department, with the opportunity to hire and lead a team as the business grows.

E-Commerce Manager – You Have (Required Skills, Experience & Team Fit)

You Have:

Prior experience managing and growing Amazon Seller Central sales

Prior experience managing Shopify e-commerce websites

Prior experience with consumer packaged goods (CPG) or physical consumer products

Prior experience growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce revenue and online conversion rates

Prior experience analyzing e-commerce KPIs, including ROAS, CPA, AOV, conversion rates, and revenue performance, and implementing strategies based on findings

You Might Have (Desired, Not Required):

Prior experience in the children's toy, specialty toy, educational products, or children's consumer products industry

Prior experience with Klaviyo, Yotpo, Shopify Flow, subscription platforms, or customer loyalty programs

Prior experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok advertising

Prior experience building an e-commerce department or leading an e-commerce team

E-Commerce Manager – Benefits for You

You will work remotely or in office depending on your location and your choosing. If remote, plan to travel to company HQ at least quarterly for management meetings.

Your compensation will be $100,000 to $125,000 annual base salary, depending on your experience and expertise. This role provides you with unlimited paid time off.

You will be provided with comprehensive medical insurance options with company sponsored medical insurance premium, 401k with company match.

Your work will do more than grow e-commerce revenue. You will help more families discover products that create meaningful moments of play, connection, and joy for their children.
