Job description
Terrestrial Bio, Inc. is hiring an EHS leader to own programs across two Greater Boston sites. You will professionalize safety, build scalable processes for lab and manufacturing, and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations while supporting a new Allston facility.
You will drive risk reduction, training, and incident response, partnering with Manufacturing and Quality to integrate safety into everyday work. This is a hands-on role with growth into a larger program.
