Job description
Eaton's North Little Rock facility seeks an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to guide construction, ramp-up and go-live operations with strong EHS leadership. You will shape the safety culture, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive data-driven improvements across the site.
You will collaborate with site leadership, manage EHS programs, and oversee risk assessments and performance metrics as the facility scales. Travel up to 50% during early phases is required.
