Job description
Collectors is seeking a senior Real Estate Project Manager to guide capital buildouts and renovations for our expanding portfolio in EMEA. The role reports to the Senior Director, Real Estate and is hybrid in London or Frankfurt, requiring 50% travel and on-site presence when needed.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years leading real estate or workplace initiatives, with proven ability to manage large office and light industrial construction projects, negotiate leases, and translate business
