JOB REQUIREMENTS
Board: AANP or ANCC certification required (Board Certified)
Licenses: Active TN RN License, TN NP License, TN DEA Registration with Tennessee address, Prescriptive Authority
DEA / CDS: Active DEA Registration with Tennessee address required
Certifications: ACLS, PALS required
Experience: 2 years recent Emergency Medicine experience preferred; new graduates may be considered
Other Qualifications: Preeclampsia-Eclampsia CME, case logs from past 2 years, MMR/Varicella immunity documentation, TB test
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide emergency department coverage as an APP in a collaborative physician-led practice.
Perform comprehensive emergency care for high-acuity patients in a community hospital setting.
Work 12-hour shifts alongside Emergency Medicine physicians.
Conduct clinical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and initiate treatment plans.
Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to facility credentialing and privileging requirements.
