Job description
ThoughtSpot is seeking a Senior AI Outcomes Manager in Chicago to own a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You will act as a strategic advisor to executives, shaping customer strategy and driving measurable value beyond routine health checks.
You will mentor junior CSMs, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing, and leverage AI-driven insights to identify risks and growth opportunities across the portfolio.
