Job description
Fortive is seeking an Enterprise Talent Process Leader who partners with OpCos to execute enterprise talent processes, governance, and continuous improvement. You will facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and capability assessments, using data-driven insights to drive action.
This role does not own OpCo strategy but enables outcomes through analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and Fortive Business System principles across the talent ecosystem.
