$60,000 Base + Uncapped Commission ($100,000+ OTE)

We're working with a fast-growing technology business in Miami that is hiring an ambitious Entry-Level Business Development Executive to join its expanding sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to receive world-class training, learn from experienced sales professionals, and build a long-term career in a high-growth industry.
No previous sales experience is required. We're looking for driven, confident individuals with strong communication skills and a desire to succeed.
The Role
You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging prospective customers, and supporting the growth of the sales function.
Through structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and hands-on mentoring, you'll develop the skills needed to become a successful sales professional.
What You'll Be Doing
Prospecting and engaging potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Speaking with decision-makers to understand business challenges
Booking qualified meetings for the sales team
Building and managing a pipeline of opportunities
Researching target markets and identifying new prospects
Learning and applying a consultative sales approach
Working closely with experienced sales leaders
Consistently achieving activity and performance targets
