Responsibilities (not limited to):
Promote products, services, and promotions to customers face-to-face
Speak with prospective retail customers
Acquire new business and process sales accounts on-site
Identify cross-selling opportunities
Handle and overcome objections as they arise
Review KPIs and campaign growth with management
Manage customers via CRM software
Partner with our retail locations to ensure we're providing the best guest experience

Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, marketing, customer service, restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries.. but we are willing to train all those interested in growing their skills in this field.
Employment Benefits:
Competitive pay consists of hourly vs. commissions on a draw system, incuding bonuses/incentives based on performance metrics. Average compensation is $55,000-65,000, but compensation is uncapped.
