Help Build and Expand a Major Telecom Initiative Across Arizona
Front Page Agency Inc. is expanding its Arizona operations and is seeking ambitious individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Project Managers
This position supports customer acquisition and market expansion initiatives connected to the evolving Cox and Spectrum telecommunications landscape in Arizona . Our objective is to build a high-performing team capable of acquiring new customers, developing new territories, and ultimately overseeing sales operations as the market expands.
This is not a traditional desk-based project management position . Candidates begin by learning the project from the ground up through hands-on sales, customer acquisition, and territory development before progressing into leadership and project oversight responsibilities.
What You'll Do
During the initial development phase, you will:
Represent telecommunications products and services directly to prospective customers
Drive new customer acquisition through face-to-face sales
Educate customers on available internet and telecom solutions
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service options
Develop assigned territories and support Arizona market expansion
Track customer acquisition activity and individual performance
Learn campaign objectives, sales processes, and operational standards
Participate in daily coaching and leadership development
Work alongside experienced leaders to understand the complete customer acquisition process
As you progress, responsibilities may expand to include:
Training and developing new sales representatives
Leading small customer acquisition teams
Monitoring team performance and sales targets
Assisting with territory planning and market development
Coordinating campaign execution
Identifying opportunities for expansion into additional Arizona markets
Supporting recruiting, training, and team development
Overseeing portions of the sales project and reporting performance to leadership
