Job description

MLK Community Healthcare in Los Angeles, CA seeks an RN Care Manager for the Emergency Department on a full-time night shift. You will guide the patient care journey, coordinate care transitions, and work with physicians and payors to ensure appropriate utilization and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires nursing licensure with BSN preferred, BLS, and 1–3 years hospital or acute care case management experience; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
