Job description
Keystone Technologies is seeking a Director of Sales-ESCO to lead and develop Keystone’s ESCO sales channel across ESCOs, contractors, and distributors.
This role requires strong leadership, strategy execution, budget discipline, and the ability to coach Territory Managers to grow market share while aligning with Keystone’s core values. Travel to support field coaching, customer meetings, and distributor visits is expected.
