European Automotive Technician | $30–$60 Flat Rate | 4-Day Week
Kassel Motorsports
Location: Puyallup, WA
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $30–$60 per flagged hour
Pay Type: Flat rate
Typical Flagged Hours: Approximately 40–50 per week

Kassel Motorsports is seeking an experienced European Automotive Technician.
A-Level: $45–$60 per flagged hour
B-Level: $30–$40 per flagged hour
40–50 flagged hours per week
4 bays and 4 lifts
Heated bays
Shop Foreman support
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
Perform intermediate to advanced diagnostics
Complete brake, suspension, cooling-system, oil-leak, and maintenance repairs
Perform module replacement, programming, and coding
Complete transmission swaps and engine repairs, including heavy engine repair
Provide accurate technical findings and repair recommendations
Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Tekmetric
Qualifications
5+ years of professional automotive repair experience required
European vehicle repair experience required
Intermediate to advanced diagnostic skills
General repair, electrical, drivability, and maintenance skills
Personal automotive tools required; shop-provided toolboxes are available
Digital Vehicle Inspection experience preferred
ASE certifications preferred but not required
