About the Role:
As an Evening Shift Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department during evening shifts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Leading by Example: Supervise and direct a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to ensure seamless patient care.
Quality Care: Monitor and maintain high standards of patient care, adhering to our facility's policies and procedures.
Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure collaborative care and resolve concerns.
Safety and Quality: Identify and address potential safety issues and quality concerns, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Requirements:
Valid Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Massachusetts
