Introducing Parisol , Big Time Restaurant Group’s newest culinary destination, coming to the heart of Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Located at 609 E. Las Olas Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, FL , Parisol will bring the tradition of French cuisine together with a vibrant atmosphere, exceptional hospitality, and a fresh, approach to the beloved classic brasserie concept.
We are seeking an accomplished Executive Chef with a strong foundation in classical French cuisine to lead our culinary vision and build an exceptional kitchen team from the ground up.
Featuring a scratch kitchen, in-house bakery, and polished yet approachable service , Parisol will celebrate the art of French dining while creating a lively and welcoming destination on Las Olas Blvd.
Backed by Big Time Restaurant Group, established over 30 years in the south Florida market, Parisol is being introduced along with their industry leaders such as Louie Bossi's Ristorante and Elisabetta's Ristorante. This may be your extraordinary opportunity to get in the ground floor on their newest project.
Executive Chef Qualifications Minimum 8 years of Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience
Proven experience in a high-volume French or French-inspired restaurant
Strong classical French culinary training, technique, and knowledge of traditional French cuisine
Extensive scratch-kitchen experience with a commitment to quality, consistency, and presentation
Proven ability to recruit, lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing culinary team
Strong understanding of food cost management, labor controls, ordering, inventory, and kitchen operations
A passion for seasonal ingredients, thoughtful menu development, and exceptional guest experiences
Hands-on leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a new-opening environment
