Job description
SitusAMC is seeking an Executive Director of Originations to lead CRE debt origination, underwriting, and deal closing. You will own the pipeline, manage borrower and broker relationships, and collaborate with leadership on strategy.
Ideal candidates have 8–15 years of CRE originations experience, a proven record of closings, and the ability to build a nationwide origination network. Base salary ranges from $250k to $300k plus bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.
