Job description
NAMI North Carolina seeks an experienced nonprofit executive to serve as its next Executive Director, leading with lived experience, equity, and statewide vision. The role requires building trusted governance, guiding staff, and strengthening programs and advocacy across NC.
Based in Raleigh with statewide travel and occasional remote work, the ED will advance the 2025‑2028 plan, diversify revenue, strengthen partnerships, and ensure accountability, inclusivity, and impact for all communities.
