Job description
V2X Inc in Reston, Virginia is seeking a Senior Director, HR Business Partner for Corporate & C‑Suite functions. You will serve as the principal people strategist to executive leaders across the organization, shaping organizational direction and ensuring the corporate center drives enterprise performance.
This role partners with HR COEs, leads succession planning, workforce design, executive coaching, and change management; travel up to 25%, US citizenship required.
