We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef / Sous Chef to join a high-volume, upscale restaurant in Houston, TX . This is a great opportunity for a talented, hands-on culinary leader who thrives in a fast-paced, scratch-kitchen environment.
What We're Looking For
Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience in upscale or fine dining
Strong high-volume, scratch-kitchen background
Excellent culinary technique, quality, and presentation standards
Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a culinary team
Experience with food cost, labor, inventory, and ordering
Strong organization and ability to execute during high-volume service
Passion for hospitality and consistently delivering exceptional food
Compensation & Benefits
$70,000-$85,000 base salary
