POSITION OVERVIEW

nWe are hiring an Experienced Accountant to manage financial operations, reporting, and compliance for our BPO business. You’ll play a key role in supporting strategic financial decisions.

nPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

nKey Responsibilities:

nnnPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

n

nnManage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes.

n

nnEnsure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.

n

nnSupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

n

nnAssist with internal and external audits.

n

nnMaintain accurate financial records and documentation.

n

nnCollaborate with leadership on financial planning and strategy.

n

n nCANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

nnnBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification

nn3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a BPO or service-based industry.

nnProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero).

n

nnStrong attention to detail and analytical skills.

n

nnKnowledge of IFRS or GAAP standards.

nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

nThis job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
