Great Rivers Dental is a doctor-owned, team-driven practice located in East Alton, IL , just minutes from St. Louis. We are a well-established, high-producing practice with a strong clinical team, efficient systems, and a culture built on collaboration, growth, and patient-centered care.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: 32% of collections
Expected Earnings: $175,000–$300,000+ annually
Daily Guarantee: $750/day
Sign-On Bonus: $12,000

The Opportunity
This is a full-time opportunity in a busy, well-established 6-operatory practice with consistent patient flow and strong clinical support.
The associate will step into a high-production environment with systems designed for efficiency and quality care, allowing you to focus on dentistry while maximizing earnings.
You’ll perform a comprehensive scope of dentistry , including:
Restorative procedures
Endodontics
Oral surgery (extractions)
Prosthetics
Periodontal therapy
Technology & Clinical Support Include:
3 intraoral scanners
2 in-office milling units
Modern, efficiency-driven workflows
Mentorship & Growth:
Monthly doctor meetings focused on case discussion and development
Hands-on mentorship tailored to your goals
Collaborative leadership structure with both doctors and management

A licensed dentist in Illinois (or eligible)
