Job DescriptionLocation: Boise, Idaho, USA
\ NWork Mode: Onsite
\ NSupport Model: Rotational On-Call
\ NFull-Time Contract
\ NKey Responsibilities:
\ N Provide on-call technical support for fab/lab operations. Respond to incidents and troubleshoot technical issues.
\ N Coordinate with relevant engineering and support teams. Escalate critical issues and support timely resolution.
\ N Follow site procedures,incident protocols, and operational requirements.
\ N Preferred Profile: Candidates with experience in technical support, IT infrastructure, lab support, semiconductor environments, or incident response.
\ N Candidates should be comfortable with rotational on-call responsibilities.
