We're hiring facilities technicians, building engineers and maintenance specialists to keep commercial properties safe, efficient and always operational.
What you'll do
Operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building automation systems.
Run the preventive maintenance program and close out work orders in the CMMS.
Diagnose and repair equipment faults;
escalate and coordinatevendors where needed.
Support tenant service requests and keep client spaces running without disruption.
Maintain compliance with safety, environmental and building-code requirements.
What you'll bring
Hands-on building maintenance, HVAC or multi-trade facilities experience.
Universal EPA 608, journeyman license, stationary engineer license or equivalent (role-dependent).
Comfort with BMS/BAS platforms and CMMS work-order systems.
Strong troubleshooting instincts and a customer-first approach.
