Job description
Guilford County Family Justice Center (FJC) seeks a Navigator to serve as the front door for clients seeking services, assess needs, and coordinate access to a full range of domestic violence, sexual violence, and elder abuse resources at the FJC. The role requires building trust with clients and collaborating with law enforcement, prosecutors, and social service partners.
The Navigator will conduct safety planning, risk assessments, and individualized navigation plans, ensuring timely referrals
